Mission:
Our mission is to enhance and preserve the quality of life and sense of community through management of common areas, enforcement of state law, the governing documents and rules to preserve property values, support initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, and investments in capital improvements that benefit the greater good.
The needs, interests and safety of the community take priority over the needs and interests of the property owner -Greater Good.

Board Objectives:
• Encourage collaborative and diverse participation that promotes an involved membership.
• The Board will identify top priorities and communicate their alignment with the Vision and Mission.
• Make and implement financially sound decisions with the use of funds and assets aligned with Vision & Mission.
• Uphold governing documents and other legal requirements by making fair, ethical, and objective decisions representing the interest of property owners.
• Ensure all additions/changes/improvements to common areas to preserve and/or enhance the value of our properties as a whole.
• Require HOA committees responsible for approving property owner change requests, document decision making criteria and processes to ensure compliance with the governing documents, state law and consistency of decision making over time.
• Resolutions and responses will be clearly communicated to affected parties in writing.
• Protect and enhance the value of our community by maintaining and improving common areas.
• The Association may communicate with homeowners in a timely manner by any reasonable method it determines appropriate, considering homeowner communication preferences when practical.
• Facilitate opportunities for activities and committees promoting a close-knit, neighborly community that works together for the good of all.
• Be mindful of and preserve the Vision, Mission and Values for Hacienda Pines Community.
