Hacienda Pines is a lovely community in the White Mountains in Show Low, AZ. It sits at about 6,300’ elevation in the midst of beautiful Ponderosa Pine trees. The feel is one of living in the forest – yet, a large grocery store, museum, post office, banks, restaurants, hardware store, gas stations, fast food, and hotels are all within three miles. Five to ten miles will provide many more options. It is the best of both worlds.
The gated community provides peace of mind and an evening stroll through the community or the nearby parks is very refreshing. The lakes are close by for fishing, kayaking, picnicking or camping. If you’re a skier, the slopes are not too far either.
Hacienda Pines is also a great place to enjoy nature. Elk, geese, raccoons, squirrels and other wildlife are often enjoyed by the residents.
